Welcome to St. John's Christian Academy and thank you for your interest.
In-house enrollment for returning students will begin February 1, 2024, and end February 28, 2024. All student fees (i.e. tuition, lunch, extended care…) must be current for a student to be enrolled. A returning student is defined as a student currently enrolled and in good academic standing.
Siblings not currently enrolled can do so during the in-house enrollment period. Graduates of Lord Berkeley Academy/St. John’s Christian Academy enrolling their child for the first time may do so starting March 1.
Open enrollment for new students will begin on March 4, 2024.Enrollment for new and current students during Open Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
New students are required to take a placement test prior to acceptance for admission (K5 through 12th Grade).

Step 1: Create a RenWeb Account
Visit the RenWeb website.
Look for the "Family Portal" section on the webpage.
Select the option to create a new account.
Step 2: Account Verification
Follow the prompts to verify your account. This may involve confirming your email address or providing additional information.
Step 3: Log In to Your Account
Once your account is set up and verified, log in using your newly created credentials.
Step 4: Create A New Student Application
Inside your account dashboard, find and select the option to "Create A New Student Application" for your child.
Step 5: Access Your Open Application
After initiating the application, you can log in and out of your account at any time. This allows you to access your open application and make any necessary changes or additions until you are ready to submit.
This guide ensures you can smoothly navigate the online application process for new families via RenWeb, providing flexibility and ease as you prepare for your child's educational journey.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
